ok so something just hit me, I just remembered mayura and marinette going for that cheek kiss, and wasnt frozer half about how like she needs to be his friend first to talk to him properly so they can get to know each other better (= more potential for romance)? like her confidence needs to be pushed? first the cheek kiss and then she pushed herself to write him that love letter and tell nathalie to tell him about that school work instead of just signing it like in s1 (besides who signs homework with 'love'??) the last ep seemed to recap that so maybe it's not really about letting go rather than establishing adrienette similarly to ladynoir? with a solid friendship base so they get closer first and then the romance? does my wording make sense Im so sleep deprived I cant even read properly Im just gonna shut up and go lol

ok the overthinking never stops but I saw someone say that marinette is kinda giving adrien mixed signals since she completely denied the crush thing in troublemaker and I think he believed her there, I mean she loves fashion and he knows that and hes a model and the son of the biggest fashion designer ever so it makes sense?? well like all her posters are of him and not any other models so thats suspicious as f*** but like why would he think she would lie to him?? ok hes oblivious but like it kinda adds up?? what do you think?? but why wont I stop thinking about these things at 4am

the queen of overthinking in the middle of the night is back x_x I just realized, did you notice how adrien noticed when nino was crushing on marinette? so hes not necessarily oblivious to romance, maybe his deal is just not noticing when people have feelings for _him_? okay I need to try to explain myself about marinette again lol, I feel like theres some sort of duality going on there, I mean it somewhat feels like part of her wants to let go (probably the same part thats falling in love with chat) but keep adrien in her life as a friend(ouch that hurts to write actually), another part of her wants to get closer as a friend so she can have more of a chance with him maybe cause she can talk with him better that way, and the last part thats fully in love. does that make sense?? I swear Im gonna go crazy it's almost 4am and my brain wont shut up ok ok Im leaving for real this time

I mean like what if theyre supposed to fall for both sides of each other?? cause s1 marichat was basically nothing and then now it's ever so slowly changing, what if they want to go full circle? (I should say full square) I mean both adrien and marinette would probably panic badly (nO I love ladybug NO I dont love chat wtf tikki) and thats when the reveal happens? that or when they both get used to the idea, but then they could feel like I love someone else at the same time how can this be how can we be together if I love both of you but then the reveal happens?????????? oh my god I cant process this anymore my head hurts theyre gonna drive me crazy this episode didnt answer anything it's just making things worse season 3 so far is only adding more questions u g H

about the deal oh yeah, I'll be so mad if they want to pair up their kids, but I dont know if gabriel agreed to going with her because it was her or because he was so bad at fencing that time that he needed to practice more and gabriel wants perfection x_x Im not sure but I almost think kagamis mother isnt really nice, she almost has a villain aura to her? or is it just me? kinda like gabriel? and if it were directly related to their kids wouldnt they be more open about whatevers happening? I kind of think it's gonna be magic related but Im not sure, I really really hope it's not gonna be oh you gotta be together now cause thats gross and UGH no x_x about gabriel caring too much about adriens friends yeah true but I think he mostly has a problem with nino cause he talked back to him, he doesnt have any particular problem with chloe it seems and I think he likes marinette actually? he liked her design and basically wanted her to be adriens partner in the clara nightingale clip (ok probably cause she looks like ladybug but idk if he'd let nino do it lol). ugh about marinette yeah she does sound like it BUT in this episode she said something like he means much more to her than just a friend didnt she? Im not sure frozer really counts cause she was talking while she was upset and sometimes people say and do things differently while theyre upset so who knows? and yes I agree it definitely seemed like looking at chat through a romantic light, but then backwarder and weredad were the complete opposite, marinette besides being jealous of herself lol in weredad didnt seem like she had feelings for him and then writing a love letter to adrien in backwarder, it kinda makes me think it's more self doubt than letting go, I really dont know. but the feelings for chat feel like theyre growing either way even with weredad. what if the point of getting luka and kagami here was to make them think you can have feelings for two people at once (even if luka and kagami dont really count cause they were thinking about each other the entire time lol) and thats where theyre going? ladybug falling for chat and being in love with adrien at the same time? maybe theyre supposed to feel more for each other before the reveal? even if it's just the beginning rather than full blown? and yeah the order of the episode while it was fine in s1 and more or less ok in s2 now it's just starting to be difficult :/ I dont know if adrien sounded resigned, maybe a little? maybe like when he was talking to her through the door in frozer? ugh MY BRAIN I cant anymore
