Harold Crenshaw III inherited his grandfather's famous red brick widget factory. Unfortunately, the factory has last produced its last widget in 1984. People just don't buy widgets anymore, you see? Not in sufficient numbers to keep the factory operating anyway. Now widgets are built one by one by enterprising individual inventors. Sad, really, as widgets are fabulous little things... But let's get back to the topic about Harold and the factory. Harold has been living overseas most of the time, mostly living the playboy's lifestyle. Girls, parties, and so on. But he's been wanting to settle down, move back home to SimSuburbia, and with the ownership of this disused factory, he decided it is time.
Now, lacking an abode of his own (he's been living mostly from hotel to hotel), he decided to convert the factory into his personal residence. As he's single and still love to party, the end result is somewhat of a bachelor's dream house. Plenty of entertainment can be had in the house, from a bar to foosball table to the mighty stereo system, not to mention the backyard with pool and outdoor chess table. Perfect for Harold's partying! The top level offices have been converted into his own bedroom and a guest bedroom, just in case some of the partygoers can't (or won't) go home for the night. One thing Harold did not touch is the sunken garden in the middle of the house, where his grandparents supposedly lucky sarchopagus is located. His grandpa brought it himself from Egypt, and he said that it is what brought luck and riches to the family. His will specifically stipulates that the sarchopagus be left as it is, one thing that Harold is all too happy to oblige, as the thing's rumored to be cursed anyway. Harold ain't going to touch it!
The red brick building has two-story living areas with inner sunken garden surrounded by glass walls. The office area upstairs were converted into living space: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small sitting room with fireplace and writing desk. They're accessed by a L-stair. A landscaped backyard with swimming pool, a reflecting pool out front, and parking space for two cars completes this home.
Note: Cars are not included!
