Hello, Simlcious. The best thing to do when you encounter the error, "# Items Missing, #Items Replaced is to first:

1. Check game packs used for this lot in gallery (click on lot picture) and that game is up-to-date

2. Take a look at custom content required. A very helpful thing you can do to do is to look at the screenshots provided.
Do a comparison with your lot and see if you can tell what cc you are missing.

3. This will usually resolve any issues. Its best to exit game download missing cc. Go back into your game bulldoze lot and then load it again.

You should be fine at this point. But if not, carefully go through required cc again something that may not have been captured in screenshots maybe still missing. Once found repeat steps 2 and 3.

When this is downloaded there are 29 items missing, EA replaces 16 base items with it...
