The TMNT also known as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a cartoon dating all the way back to 1984, created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird and published by Mirage Studios. The story itself evolves around the four ninja turtles who once was normal turtles, but mutated by ooze of TCRI. They are trained by the rat, their master/sensei and father, Hamato Yoshi/Splinter, taught them everything he knew about ninjutsu.
Through the many years of the TMNT, their history, the mutation of Splinter has been showed in several ways. Even the turtles personalities has been altered a couple of times. However, one thing has never changed - they live in the sewers of NYC (New York City)!

I have been a HUGE fan of these green dudes for all my life! And recently I just started to watch the 2012 series, and honestly, it's THE BEST! I can't believe I've waited all these years for them be be, well.. teenagers! Okay, enough rambling and fan-girling. *clears throat*

It is not very easy to get to understand how the Lair is actually made. It is showed differently from the 1987 and 2012 series. I however, tried to make a twist between the two. Also, it is not possible to make sewers in sims game, so I place this lot in Twinbrooks, in the dusky and swamp-like area to make it more... gross? Creepy?

The home is one one floor, though some places with high to the ceiling.
It has:
A small kitchen,
Restroom
Big living area
Gym (of course)
Master Splinter's bedroom
Leonardo's room
Donatello's room
Raphael's room
Michelangelo's room

The outside has a swampy like small pond with half dead trees and wilderness like foliage.

I haven't watched much of TMNT but, to my mind, he's really fun-loving and not too serious\:D i like him... And look - romrom agrees with me\:\)
