Hello Mare-muc. Sorry for the trouble my little house has caused you. I have now updated the file, to include instructions on how to solve the problem. It seems the stairs are the problem, and although it use to install fine with the Sims2cleanpack installer, somehow it does work for everybody. Please go back to the house page, and follow the mesh link. Once the stairs are in your game, the house will be fine. Again I apologise for the problems this has caused you. Issy
