When you can afford a thatched roof cottage style villa in The Netherlands you are considered sort of rich. There are still plenty of them around. Usually in woodsy areas. Meaning that there are probably still enough rich people around as well. The insurance for a thatched roofed villa can be extremely high, because of the fire hazard. This is why I had Freddie make the fireplace fireproof.

This house has all for the outdoorsy sims and pool lovers, the green thumbed people and the dog -or cat- owner. A small herb garden will provide everything for your herbal teas and or your cooking ventures. The bathrooms are not that big. It means that if you want to have them bigger, you will have to do the work.
