This cosy modern house has everything a homeowner could possibly want in a modern house. And even more!
It's built on top, and inside, of a hillside which makes it even more special.

The house itself contains a lovely living-dining room with kitchen on level 0.
Below on the -1 level there is a room suitable for working or reading and the first bedroom with bathroom.
Level -2 has the second bedroom and bathroom. Al three levels have their own fireplace to level up the cosy feeling.

On the Edge is made for the lot in Sunset Valley: Wrightway 120 (There is a house there already).
Because of the different height levels on the lot, I do not recommend to put it anywhere else.
The house is designed and furnished for a couple, but can be refurnished easy to make it suitable for a family with one or two children as well.

The house is designed by me with the help of the tutorial from http://simension.de/sims-3-english-tutorials/sims-3-tutorial-hillside-plots-building-entrys-on-top-and-bottom-level/
Please note that on lowest two levels, there is some black space which was necessary to be able to build into the hill.
