A beautiful, historic city mansion inspired by a house in New Orleans. This was built on a corner lot in Twinbrook, but will work on any 40x40 lot.

First floor has a large entrance hall, dining room, parlor, music room, kitchen, breakfast room, family room and half bathroom.
Second floor has a large master suite, 2 en suite bedrooms, laundry room, office, family room and bathroom.
Third floor has a boy's room, girl's room, play room, art studio and roof balcony.
Basement has a recreation room and architect's studio.

All custom content installs with the lot.
