Semi-detached cottage designed in traditional Cape Malay style. This is the traditional design of cottages in the Bo Kaap neighbourhood of Cape Town, South Africa, where I lived for many years. The cottages are found in all sorts of colours, and sit on the slopes of high cobbled streets under Table Mountain's Signal Hill.

This cottage is decorated in bright colours with a 'boho chic' look. One bedroom, open-plan kitchen, bathroom, pretty garden, veranda, laundry room and lounge. It is ideal for a single lady Sim looking for a small, stylish place to live.

I made this lot in Twinbrook, at 174 Savannah Lane - it can be placed on any lot of the same size however.

I have most of the EPs and Stuff Packs - not Sweet Treats, 70s/80s, University or Movie Stuff. IMPORTANT: the cottage is designed to act like an apartment. The next door neighbour is a NPC (Non Playable Character) who should be there when your Sim moves in. You may need to re-set that door (the orange cottage's door) to NPC door after moving.

The metal couch with the quilt and pillows is from Luna's Bohemia set, otherwise other items include various stuff from game, CC from TSR and white backyard fence from the S3 Store.
