Created for: The Sims 3

This is a nice 2-story house, good for a family of four, but the bedrooms are big enough that you could switch it up from double beds to singles instead and have more members in your household. Beautiful exterior with pillars to make the outside of this modern house more stunning. To make 'The Catalina' perfect I spent an entire day working on it. Fully furnished.

First floor: Big living room, kitchen and dining room in one, study, hallway/computer room, bathroom, an attached 3-car garage (cars included), huge pool in the backyard. There is also a nice fountain on the side of the garage. :) 2 bike racks with adult bikes are also included.

Second floor: 2 master bedrooms with double beds (each with TV's and sitting, almost like the Sim's very own bedroom-living room), a second bathroom, and another study room.
