Base game only. The brows can be found by clicking on Sims' brows in the Create-a-Sim mode.

Pro tip: The texture is adjusted to work with most of alpha skin tones as well as EA and overlays. I suggest setting this texture straight and slightly pointy just like in my preview for best visual results. Brows are not compatible with EA sliders.

The game must be patched up to the latest version!
