Modern 2 bedrooms villa for a family with a small child. The head of the garden is mainly designed for children's play. The house is a beautiful fountain with a sitting area, 1 parking spot and children's tree house. Behind the house is a large pool with plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing and a large play area for children. On the first floor is a large living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and study room. Living room and dining room are open. On the second floor there are One child and one adult bedroom, a bathroom and a bar room.
It has 2 floors:
