This is perfectly symmetric modern design house for couple or family. All rooms are large and have a perfect view of the ocean. The yard is a beautiful beach with complete relax area. Around the house is a beautiful oasis. Everything you need is in this urban luxury home. This house has modern interior with several indoor fountain. I build at 40x40 at Sunlit Tides but you can place anywhere.
It has 2 floors:
First floor : large living room, large bathroom, dining room and large kitchen.
Second floor: 2 large bedrooms with perfect view of the beach and ocean, large bathroom and bar room.
Exterior: beautiful Swimming Pool with bar.
