Trait - Off the Grid
Can be used on any 30x20 lot just remove the Off the Grid trait.
I did use the wall speaker for Island Living but it's "allowed" and works with off the grid...guess it uses batteries. ;)

Ok, soooo I goofed up.
When I had zipped up the file, I accidentally included 7 files instead of 6 files. I have created a new save, tested the new file and resubmitted The Shack V2 to TSR submission team to be replaced.

The house it's self if fine...this is totally my bad.\:wacko\:
If you have downloaded this house I apologize and I'm sorry for any inconvenience. \:\(
If you have NOT downloaded this lot yet PLEASE hold off until The Shack V2 is available.
