Sunflowers is the result of a request for an updated version of my Tourmaline lot of April 2010. I have retained the basic footprint, plus staircase and lower garden of that older build, but for the most part, this 'new' version is just that . . new! I think it meets the request. Enjoy!

Sunflowers Fact File:
LOCATION: on the bluff at 120 Wright Way, overlooking the water,[originally occupied by the EA lot, Shearwater] on a 40x 30 block.
SPECS: Cream stone exterior, with a tiled roof in sunflower tones. Grounds on 2 levels. 3 storey, 2 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms [ensuite to main]. 2 livingrooms with TVs. Combined kitchen/dining/sittingroom. Billiards room on top level. Laundry in garage, accessed from kitchen. BBQ and outdoor kitchen at poolside. Loungers and juice-bar in garden. Seating and picnic tables in the pond garden on the lowest level, accessed by a magnificent stairway. Pond is stocked with mature fish. Fully tiled, landscaped and fenced exterior. No CFE.
GENERAL: Sunflowers is a comfortable, midrange family home. Not excessively modern, but at the same time, not too dated either. It has an open sunny feel that is in keeping with it's name and signature garden decor.
EXTRA: Sunflowers was build on, and for, 120 Wright Way, Sunset Valley [without CFE]. It has been tested and is equally at home on the adjacent 'Cormorant' lot, which has similar terrain.
With minor corrections to the fenceline to fill gaps, it also works, albeit rather differently, on a flat lot, such as the one at 74 Landgraab Avenue,[see pic in previews] but care should be taken if siting elsewhere, so that the 'drop off' to the lower level is not rendered awkwardly - i.e.creating a chasm between lots.

Sunflowers is a marcorse original work. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Showtime] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Note that, because of the way in which the game recognises and renders plants and such, Sunflowers will
take longer to load than an unlandscaped lot. . . it isn't an error in the game!
