hey, the skin 10 does come with genitals (all my skins do actually). However, they do not go up all the way and are not visible when the sim is wearing underwear (just like in real life), so unless you play with mods that display the sim nude, you won't be able to see them

regarding to your question about the mural wall not going where you want it to go, unfortunately there's nothing i can do about it, it's The Sims the doesnt allow mural walls to go where you want them, they go where "they" want to go and it really is a pain in the a** even for me.
