Very nice starter home. Interesting roofing and I like what you did with the chimney and front landing coverage. Simple and airy decor with just enough color to be cheerful. I really like this. Well done! Thank you for sharing.

Simply Living 1.0 is cheap (cost under 20 000 simoleons), small house but still large enough for comfortable living. The house contains everything necessary for good start: TV, fire alarm, bookcases, shower and bed of course. There are also some decorations, so your Sims won't live like in a hole ;)

The starter is furnished, a little landscaped, tested and ready to play.

Room list: living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom.
