Aw...don't be sad Light! $\:D$ $\:wub\:$ I've been messing around with Sims 3 and working in RL, so I have been kind of in and out of the site for a bit. $\;\)$ I'm way farther behind everyone else since I just got my game 4 days ago. $\:P$ Guess I lost out on the Sims 3 "FA" thing, eh? Hi Light! *Tackle hugs you!* $\:wub\:$ No WONDER I haven't seen you around for a while. LOL! Exams can be unnerving, but as intelligent as you are I am sure you will breeze through them and do an incredible job! $\:D$ I've been busy lately with the TSR Issue Report for the site to help them stay on track and focused. (Sometimes you can be too close to a problem, and it helps to have a clear view of issues and problems to work on.) I did include your submission problem as well...just to let you know. $\;\)$ That's taken a LOT of my time lately. Now that the report is done though, I can get back to doing what I love to do...build. LOL! Speaking of which...thank you for the sweet compliment. You are always so very kind to me! (((Hugs!))) I do love landscaping, but don't like uploading lots with a ton of "have to spend every waking moment gardening" maxis plants. There's a fine line between realism and abject boredom. LOL! YAY! I am SO glad you haven't given up! (((Hugs!))) Ok...to send in a support ticket, you click on the HELPCENTER tab at the top. Now, your problem is related to TS2 Submissions under I NEED HELP WITH. So click on that. That will open another page. Now, scroll down and click "CLICK HERE" to open a support form. Be sure to tell them everything you have already done. (Added TSR to the White list on Kapersky, been aided by both myself and Cadiva with your computer specs to try to figure it out, etc.) This SHOULD stop them from telling you the usual fixes that have not worked for you yet. It may take a couple of days to get to it, as they are swamped with tickets after the site outage the other day. Just remember, if YOU are having problems with this, perhaps shyer people are also, and if they can fix your problem perhaps it will help them as well. $\:D$ $\:wub\:$ I am just THRILLED that you're going to be sending in a ticket! Hopefully they can get this whole mess straightened out for you. $\:\)$ I know for a fact that there are a lot of people pulling for you right now. $\;\)$ Keep me informed so I don't worry, ok? LOL! Thanks for your kind words about my latest sets. $\:D$ I have lots more ideas for sets, but am not sure how deeply I want to get into them this close to Sims3. I have absolute plans to build until my fingers fall off when that one comes out. $\;\)$ (I'm sure that having experienced it yourself you know exactly how excited I am. Hehehe!) Oh Light...you would have to go a LONG way to making me upset! $\:wub\:$ I have missed you as well! No, it isn't you silly...my internet connection has been unstable this last week, and kept booting me off. $\:P$ My provider SAYS they are all done fixing it, but we'll just have to keep our fingers crossed for a while.
