Yeah Pene, thank you so much for the help I think it has worked, only problem is some people have commented on the 'pink bow christmas one' now and so I now feel rather silly removing it, it's like a no win situation now : anyhow what I have done is replaced the banner with - ready for this - the same banner but with 2010 removed that was really annoying me alot, and I will see if this one shows up, but it does on my changing banner page so it's looking good, not the banner, the replacing it hehe, I am going to have a look around during the week to see if I can find anything more suitable, main problem is the picture stretching too much if I can't find anything that works well, I may just leave this one until after Christmas, perhaps like hubby said 'it is me' Oh and you agreed then I'll put my old one in again, I like that one alot still and do miss it already  still just wish I had stayed in my game yesterday and talking about the game, I am so sad to hear about Aiden  he was so cute and very sweet, and poor Kim, she will be heartbroken  I'm glad Adam is there for her, 'gorgeous Adam'  has his heart been won over now, guess I've lost him   do hope you will put in some more screenshots soon, so as I can see how how they are  now 'Lark Rise' I am so glad your enjoying this so much, it's great hearing all your  thoughts on it as more of the story unfolds I agree what with what you said about the sisters, you do get to like them a little more as times goes on  well friend I'll go and do some simming now, it's just gone past 8pm, I'm nearly finished with university now, just the final year to go through  wishing you a great rest of the day and a lovely evening, and of course a really good week ahead  take good care too  lots of hugs, Topaz

Hi Pene, Do hope you and your hubby had a great time yesterday I have been at war here all last night, trying to undo what I did do, with my stupid banner and avatar I just thought to try this one out, knowing it did look completely silly, and then I could not get it to change back to my other one I have uploaded it so many times, but it still won't show, I know it does take time for it to show, but this looooooooooong can you tell me what you see  as perhaps it's only me seeing my complete and utter disaster, of pink bows for Christmas   hubby heard me screaming at the computer screen last night and came to see what was wrong, I told him to have a look, and when he saw it, he said 'Not really the right colour for Christmas' (EXACTLY) I know, don't know why I tried it  then he said, 'but it's you'  Nooooooooooooooooooooo please don't add insult to injury here  Oh dear I really can't deal with this any more, I lost all my simming time last night  I think TSR are going wierd again, either that or I have wrecked the site myself with all my upload, upload, upload etc  I am giving up for now because I really want to sim today, and I have tried a few more times to change it and it still won't change  how I wish I had just stayed in my game yesterday : wishing you a much better day than I having friend  I'm off to have one more go at uploading my 'Normal banner and avater' if that's what yout seeing now, I'll be sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy  lots of hugs friend, Topaz

Hi Penelope! I'm so glad you like my comments! I try to be original and authentic when I comment on anything. Most times I'm really inspired by what I see/read. I really loved that 1920s glamour style for their wedding. Omg! It's so sad that Aiden passed on but it's so sweet that Kim moved in with Adam. Can't wait to see how Adam's kids turn out! I wonder if they'll have his hair colour (blond), Aiden's hair (black), the Princess' (reddish?), Kim's (light reddish), or maybe Madison's from way back! (brown) I just had a toddler inherit her great-grandmother's hair colour! Have a spectacular weekend/week!

I wish I could tell you what happens in 'Lark Rise', but you really would not want me to do that just keep your eye on Laura, there is such alot to unfold yet  so much still to happen  and it does keep getting better and better  as it goes along  it's a fantastic series, can't wait myself for the new series, hopefully next month

Yeah Pene, Happy Saturday to you ready to play your game, I am ready to play mine you have me laughing way too much today with 'I quote' - Please ignore and grammar to spelling errors friend, join the club. I do nothing but make mistakes, infact the harder I try not to, the more mistakes I tend to make I have given up on even thinking about it : I just hope whatever I write, is at least understood in some kind of form, hehe thank you so much for commenting on all my screenshots I love reading your comments and I think you checked them out back to front, 8 to 1, rather than 1 to 8 as in the final one you wanted to know who won answer in on screenshot 4 sorry but I can't control myself at the moment, I find this so funny, because I do it all the time too I put my own comment in on screen 8, just for you friend :P  Oh dear what esle did I want to talk to you about today my mind has gone blank now : Oh yes, about Amazon, I do agree with you, if they don't get anymore in, it's most likely because they are no longer doing it any more, this is what hubby and I think too, and are hoping that perhaps they will be doing a better one of it with perhaps an i5 or even i7 processor, this would be much better for playing the sims I do hope this is the case, we shall wait a while and see what happens now on to a much more series note, I am so very sorry to hear about your stepdads mom  no matter how much one prepares for losing someone, it still hits very hard when it happens, and it such a sad and heartbreaking time, I shall keep you all very much in my prayers especially your stepdad  well that's it for now dear friend, I do hope you and your hubby have a wonderful time this evening watching the Christmas lights being turned on in your home town  I will be be lost somewhere in my sim land this evening, but I shall be thinking of you  sending you lots of hugs, Topaz

Hi Pene Pene! Thanks for the tip about deleting the bouncer ropes. It worked a treat. Oh and thanks for stopping by my blog. It was so great to see you over there. Somtimes I feel like I'm away from all the action now that I have my own blog. lol It's really just for my stories and the odd ramble, I guess if I want to chat then I can stop by here. I've made a start on the next couple of chapters for Part 3 of The Drifter. I'm quite excited actually. There are going to be a few surprises in store and having LN really hads a little more pizzaz to your stories (our sims now have somewhere else to go other than down to the local supermarket, bookstore or park. lol) I've also dld all your re-creations of the highrise apartments and I will be adding them into a new game. I tested some in RV the other day and my game didn't crash. Yey! It's definitely Bridgeport. Such a shame, oh well, at least I have three other towns. Oh, I dld Barnacle Bay the other day too. It's kinda cute that town. I always like to see what new sims EA add to the towns. They can be quite interesting. Although they always get a major makeover. Thanks for your encouragement on my latest blog post. After publishing it, I wish I had gone back and deleted it because it is more of a rant than anything. Oh well . . . It beats complaining to my niece; she has enough to worry about and I am GREAT at whining! Thanks again.

Pene, what are you doing bringing Princess Melena along  Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww this is way to much to take  what if I made my self into a sim and get into your game, do you think I could have a chance, surely with lots (and lots) of 'CC' I could win him over  your breaking my heart here  guess I am going to have to watch him walk away with someone else, perhaps Princess Melena is going to be the one  she is nice, but she's not me  think I am losing my mind here, I'd better go and get a good dose of reality back into me : they are just sim people, yes just sim people, only sim people, Oh I need help  : :P
