Currently, I am working on a couple of new mesh sets. The first is a dining table. I'll announce the other new mesh set soon!I am also working on some more Maxis walls and floors recolor sets. I have submitted the first floor recolor set- the Atomica Tiles Floor Recolor Set. I will be submitting soon the Mixed Slate Tiles Floor Recolor Set.

No, this isn't a new Urban Renewal creation, but a fault!I uploaded the incorrect mesh for the Spiral Stairs. The mesh I did upload was a failed experiment with slots that I meant to bin, but somehow got the meshes muddled. I can give you hoardes of excuses (manic life, two jobs, chaos reigns, far too intelligent for my own good, etc etc) but you can just tick the 'incompetent' box again if you like.
Anyway, I've uploaded the stairs again. You only need to download the mesh (recolours remain unchanged)...

Tiko - Burst Appendix - Peritonitis
Andy was admitted to hospital just after we got back from holiday. Appendicitis was suspected. It then ruptured, and gangrene and severe peritonitis were diagnosed.The surgery went fine, but he is very weak and will be convalescing for another week or two.

Modern vs. Victorian
While I enjoy creating Victorian furnishings and objects, occasionally I want to create something modern or hi-tech. I can't imagine living in the Victorian era and being without my "toys" computers, cell phone, digital camera and cable TV :) Recently, I received a request for a modern washer and dryer and decided to create them. Also, real life is keeping me very busy and I only have time for small sets. In addition, I wanted to tryout a tutorial on cell animation. Washers and dryers are perfect objects to animate. So far, I have completed the mesh and 9 recolors. Here's a screenie of the washer/dryer...

... I'm back :-) RL has been quite overwhelming recently, though mostly in a good way, so what I thought was going to be a short break went on and on...Anyway, more soon. Just wanted to leave a note to say that I am updating again now; there are more Little Venice lots inthe pipeline and no doubt more Eden Village lots at some point again, too. But to start with, I've had a few requests for a residential chateau - and as, luckily, I built the Chenonceau lot on a residential lot before converting it to a community lot, I'm able to oblige. Hope you enjoy!

Florentine Suite
This is my second set of recolours of Maxis' art nouveau style Baroccoco loveseat and sofa and Serenity Sitter chair from the original Sims 2 game. This time, I've recoloured the frame to make it much lighter than the Maxis options. I've recoloured the upholstery in a traditional Florentine pattern in two subtle colours: duck egg blue and beige, which I think complement the light wood frame.
Frame and upholstery recolours must be downloaded separately.
More murano stuff in progress
I tried several options on the Tokyio bedroom. Most need some finishing and it'll be hard to sort out what to upload...
Sims2Luxe Gone
Sims2Luxe seems to have shut its doors. The staff here is trying to contact the site owner to see if we can get permission to host the mesh files for the Mundy and Calypso. I'll let you know what comes of this when I find out. Until then, I'm afraid unless you already have the meshes, there is not a way to get them to you, so you'll have to pass on those sets for now. Very sad. Back in the day they were a really nice site.I'm Baaaaack!
Yay! My game took a dump on me last week and it's taken me this long to get everything working again. Unfortunately, I lost that gorgeous house I was working on, along with a lot of other custom content I put in my game. I guess it was just the Sims2 way of telling me it was time to clean house! On the up side, it only takes me about a minute to load my game now!I've also not had time for TC at all (I'm having mad withdrawl), but I'm releasing a set I've been working on for some time now called the Spring Chicken Kitchen. It compliments my Country Green walls & floors, and is my absolute favorite recolor yet. I'd like to thank Catherine (RICCI2882) for all her help with it. She pointed out to me that .gif files make for lousy recolors! Thanks Cat!

Art Nouveau Suite
This is a set of recolours of Maxis' art nouveau style Baroccoco loveseat and sofa and Serenity Sitter chair from the original Sims 2 game. I've always liked the basic design of these items but wasn't keen on the choice of upholstery and frames. I've recoloured the frame to make it much darker than the Maxis options, which I feel works much better with the style of furniture. I've recoloured the upholstery in a traditional scroll pattern in two colours: deep red and gold, which I think complement the dark wood frame.
There are seven files in the set: one frame recolour each for the chair, loveseat and sofa, gold and red upholstery recolours for the chair, and gold and red upholstery recolours for the loveseat/sofa (1 file seems to do for both). All items are base game compatible and do not require any mesh downloads.
Bannoch Village: Mrs. Figg's Cottage
A special cottage for all you cat lovers! Arabella Figg once lived here(of Harry Potter fame) and her furnishings reflect her unique personality. Bright colors, odd mismatched items, strange arrangements, and kitty things everywhere. That's Arabella for you! Yes this is a small cottage .... but I did put a guest house in the back, also remembered the driveway space this time, and there is plenty of room to build additional rooms. Sorry that the file is so large for download (around 10MB) ... but I can't stop myself from using other people's meshes ... I just love them and they add so much to the feel of the cottage. I know those of you with dial-up connections just hate me ... I used to have dial-up myself ... and it took forever to download sometimes ... course it helped me a bit because then I'd go and clean house for a while, lol! Arabella Figg's Cottage:

I have made a couple of updates to the Lucca Stove and Trashcompactor,these 2 did not show in the Community Catalogue,so if you want to use them in community lots you will need to download the updated files.....also I have added a Community Collection File that will be released tommorrow.Stove.

Screenshot competition
I entered the screenshot competition. Just for fun. I set up a shot and took several pics, my mom made some suggestions on the layout of the shot, so I had to go in an redecorate the room a bit. She also chose the shot that made the entry. So, go and look at it!Hi Everyone,
I must apologize for not uploading anything here any more. I will be back full time to uploading things onto this site again, but probably not in the near future. I can't even play the game anymore because I don't have the time. I miss playing the game, I miss creating things for the game and for this community -- and most of all I miss my friends and all the people of this TSR community!
I am going to college full-time for a Graphic Design & Multimedia Associates Degree, and then as soon as I graduate that program I will be continuing to get my Bachelors Degree in Web Design & Multimedia. The homework and classes keeps me busy all of the time. This term I am taking an "American Govenment and Politics Today" class, and also "Multimedia: Presentation Graphics" using Adobe(Macromedia) Flash CS3. It's a lot of work but I love learning new things! Eventually I will be able to use my new found knowledge to create better things for the game than just walls, floors and object re-colors.
I want to thank everyone who has left such wonderful comments on my walls, floors and object re-colors; it means so much to know that other people like my work/creations. I sincerely apologize for not answering peoples guestbook entrys and/or comments - but I truly do appreciate that people downloaded my stuff, and then wrote nice things about them...THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Updated!
The Roselynde Mirror Mesh package has been updated. The revised package allows color options for both the decorative plates and the mirror back. While working on a set recolor for the Roselynde meshes I discovered the mirror back could not be recolored. Please download the updated package which will override the original package, cash_vic_maplerose_mirror_mesh. The catalog description in the revised package will show a revision date of August 8, 2007.
Caledonia Suite
My second set of recolours of Shtinky's gorgeous Arizona meshes, this time with a Scottish theme, based around stylish designer tartan cushions. There are two suites, one in purple and one in green, evoking the lush green Scottish countryside and mountains covered with purple heather. Each suite comprises sofa, loveseat and lounge chair with soft chenille upholstery, contrast silk cushions and mahogany feet.
All the decor in my previews is Maxis-made.

Lotus Blossom Suite
I recently downloaded some soft furniture items based on Shtinky's Arizona meshes. I was so impressed that I was inspired to have a go at object recolouring myself! So here is my first attempt at object recolouring: a suite of furniture based on Shtinky's gorgeous Arizona lounge chair, loveseat and sofa meshes. I chose an Oriental lotus blossom theme and, as many others have done before me, picked out the colours from the patterned cushion in the upholstery.
The suite comes in three colours: bamboo, blossom and jade. Thanks to Windkeeper for the beautiful Oriental decor used in my preview shots.

Yeah I know it has been awhile since I had a new item up for download, and I apologize for that. I have been working on a new guitar that is driving me crazy, so I am taking a break from that to make some new things to put up.I won't give up on the guitar, trust me. I just know that sometimes it is better to walk away then to keep hitting your head into a brick wall.
So look for some new items from me soon, including yes you guest it more tee shirts!!!!!!!
