My First Blog!

So this is my FIRST blog! I'm uber excited! Although as a Simmer I'm a newbie, I had been watching my Aunt play the Sim's since the first one came out, so it's been years. Sadly my very very first Sim that my Aunt helped me create all those years ago, Sabrina, died of depression (Starvation) and that was pretty tramatic, almost a year ago I recived some Christmas money and brought my very own Sim's 3 game! Since then I've been waiting for some more money to go out and splurge on the expansion packs. I really want Showtime, and Supernatural. Throughout the nine months I've had the Sim's, I've had to uninstall twice, and I've made several full families and even more single Sim's I've loved many but this Sim above, Namiko Lui, is my favorite! She's going to be my adventurous sim, and currently she is working to become a Rockstar. I hope when I get show time I'll be able to have her become a Singer, as that's my dream job as well. I don't know what to blog about other then this, I suppose I'll just be random and surprise everyone. . . New sim: Serena

This is going to be my (hopefully) next sim that will be posted, it is sill in the 'pending' catagory so I can't tell when it is going to be uploaded. 
I hope that it will be out here by next week, if it is not I will upload a new one next week. 
I know that it takes so long, it is because of my parents. My parents wont let me on the computer only during weekends or holiday's.

Apologize to all of you!

Hey guys! 

I need to apologize to you.

I know i promised that next chapter of "Summer feelings" is going to be out this weekend, but i just couldn't finish it in time. My computer started being really slow, and my time for playing Sims is very limited, since I'm going into one of the hardest high schools, and i have to study A LOT.

Once again, I'm sorry. I'm going to try to upload the next chapter someday next week.

I Love My Life!

SO, I'm super happy, because my birthday is in like 2 weeks, and guess what?? Omg............... U guessed wrong! well maybe u guessed right! I'm getting my OWN computer with a CD drive so OMG i can spend so much MORE time on sims and everything! My sister told me she ordered it off ebay for ONLY 65$!! :) It's a dell i think, but IM STILL HAPPY CAUSE I LIKE DELLS. :DD I can even take it to school!!!!! Lol, but i wont! Unless u plan on stealing it >_<. Also, it wasnt even a BID auction it was a BUY IT NOW ON EBAY!!. The only thing wrong is it doesn't come with the AC adapter but i already have one withh the computer im using now!! :) I'm super excited for my birthday! It gonna be the best one ever!!!! I can already tell!!! I might even be having a PARTY! WOW IM SO EXCITED FOR THIs! I love staying up till 3 playing sims and even better it being my birthday EVEN BETTER spending it with my friends AND family!!!! :) <3 For XMAS, im getting Sims 3 Late Night and Sims 3 Katy Perry Sweet Treats!! OMG. I <3 My Life and the people in it!! It may not always be perfect, but to me its everything i need!<3 No one ALWAYS have perfect lifes, something always may get messed up and you may get knocked down, but its easy to get right back up and know that everything happens for a reason! <3 Don't let others knock u down and tell u how to live! u have the right to choose ur own path!!! so do it!!! U can do anything, u can be anything only if u TRY. :) Don't waste ur life waiting! <3

I can resume my building projects in a few days. Sorry for being inactive for a short while there, other stuff to take care while waiting for my laptop to be fixed. :) But I will be back really soon! 3 big lots on your way soon! :)

First House Ever Built

I am working on my first house. It's intended to be a starter home but it's far from done and a bit pricey. So far, without any of the outdoors done it is up to an $85,000 home. Features include fully equipped kitchen with dining set, living area with fireplace as well as tv and stereo, bathroom, nursery with tons of toys, and master bedroom equipped with a desk. I don't know how to do the list of custom content. 

I have to redo the porch and this may either slightly raise or lower the price, I just put the content into game so I don't know yet. 

Ideas not yet implemented: 

Pool or hot tub or both

Garden

Gazebo equipped with outdoor bar

Dog area

Kid's play area maybe

Garage

I would like to say that I am not very good at this kind of stuff. I have never attempted a house before and this is my first time playing sims. I don't know how to list for custome content I used, I don't know if the house will download for you exactly as it is going to be saved in game, and I'm not very pc literate. Honestly I just build save then hope to upload. I don't know if there is more to it than that or not. If you try my house, please give me feedback. I want to know if it works fully or not. If I can figure out how to fix anything wrong or if it works well then I may try my hand at other building projects.
