Apartments for your small town! The Villager II is a brownstone style home on a 20x30 lot. This home is designed as a multi-tenanted apartment complex. Move in your family as on any residential lot. There is one large, two-story apartment for the apartment owner family (apartment #3: 2 br 1.5 ba). There are two smaller, separate apartments (apartment #2 and apartment #5. each: 2 br, 1ba). If you want to play these separate apartments with separate families, you must either advertise for roommates, or add the roommates to your current family. Then assign beds and lock doors accordingly. There are also two hidden rooms with NPC-marked doors (apartment #1 and apartment #4) so that NPC's can move in and pay rent to the homeowner. Amenities: welcome office, laundry room, gathering room, public bathrooms/showers, work-out facilities, internet/computer access, maintenance closet (inventing,chemistry), harvestables, parking, bike racks, dumpster.
