This is my first try to make a lot. This house have no living room or pool because I never use those. It is not fully furnished as it lacks lots of decorations especially in bathrooms. Tried to go for more of a metal look.

Needs your game to be up-to-date with "Get To Work" and "Spa Day" expansions. No CC used.

Must have "bb.moveobjects" on before you place it.
