The EA Creations below were used in this Creation.

My base game is patched through 1.57.62.023001. I have the World Adventures expansion pack and the Monte Vista and Riverview worlds installed. This lot may contain items from this expansion pack; however, if you do not have the EP, comparable base game items will be substituted.

The following EA Store items were used: Full Force Firewood, New Year�s Nectar, and Morris Curtains. If you do not have these items, it will not affect game play. The firewood and nectar will simply be omitted and base game curtains will be substituted for Morris Curtains. You will need to recolor the curtains or substitute others for them. (Sim not included.)

This lot was originally built on a 60x60 lot in Sunset Valley at 15 Summer Hill Court, but should fit any 60x60 lot.

This is a large file (46.44MB) so, depending on your system, it may take a while to place the lot and load the house. However, I have played the lot extensively with a family of 6 without any problems. If you experience any problems or would like an unfurnished version of this house, please let me know.
