Hello Doc.   I'm happy for you that you passed your exam.   I tend to fail most medical exams. LOL  (corny joke.......I'm not all that healthy so I'm not one of those in & out came in with the sniffles kinda person )  Uh just to let you know if you set your blog to allow for comments then people can post there.    Oh & in the Sims forums is the S2HBAA (Sims 2 Hous Buiding Addicts Anonymous) and we've all been bit the build bug and love building & learning new techniques......maybe you can stop in & join us.   Good luck with the medical training.   What are you training to be?   Well best of luck & enjoy your weekend.

I used the bodyshop within the gameplay itself in create a sim; and while i have yet to locate where and how to save and upload/publish a sim or lot from within the game, the pets are easier to figure out, i'm still new to this too, but i'll try to help where i can from memory; mind you i'm getting old, lol...but i'll do my best to recall. start your game, go to create a sim, click on the pet, cat or dog, male, female, etc... it takes you through stages 1-6(?), design your pet.  once you've create your new pet, i think you go back to the 1st stage, in the upper right hand corner is an icon that looks like a floppydisk, click on that to save, you can select where on your puter to save it; i save it to my desktop at 1st, later i move it to the section of harddrive i use specifically for storage, not the main (C drive, anyway, once you do that, on the left side you should see more icons, a trashcan and an TS2package installer icon, click on package sims, name your creation and description.  i always package them to my desktop as well as save there so i have a backup copy handy jic i mess up, and i package my new pet to the EA site under my EA account.  if this is confusing i'm sorry for that, i accidently figured out how to do this. you'll need a zip program, winzip is the one TSR likes us to use when uploading content. make a folder with the exactname as the one you gave your pet when you saved and packaged, place your pet in the folder.  open folder, right click package and click on add to zipfile+name of file... this is the file you'll be submitting here, TSR will only accept winzip and TS2 package installer files, to create your new zipfile. come here, at the top of your page you should have some account options, one labled submissions, click on that and follow instructions.  be aware that your creation will be in pending mode until TSR reviews your submission and that may or may not take a few days.  it took them 3 & a half weeks to review my 1st submission, but don't let it discourage you. i hope this helps, it's the best i can do, since i barely know know how i did it myself.  i just got lucky, lol and twice even, whew!  in the meantime, feel free to let me know if i can be of more help, and please drop me a line when your submissions go through, i'd love to check them out and maybe even download a few of your creations. sincerely, S_C
