Magnolia Estate has its' name because of the many magnolia trees surrounding the house, giving it a peaceful atmosphere.

Starting in the basement there is the utility, study and - on the floorplans it was supposed to have been a storage room, but I decided to make it a smaller library.

The main floor contains a spacious kitchen and a fmilyroom with dining space for 6 and a T.V. corner. It also has a nice spacious bathroom.

The upper floor has nothing less but 5 bedrooms; 2 kids rooms suitable for boys, one nursery, one guestroom and of course the masterbedroom with skylights and the main bathroom of course.

Outside there is a garage with access to the house, and out in front space for two bikes. (Bikes and car not included!) In the backyard we have a large pool and a terrace with BBQ with beautiful foliages and floras, making a smaller, yet neat tamed wilderness. And of course - a smaller playground for the kids.

So officially this is the first time I am working with basements, and I think it went pretty well. It wasn't as difficult like I first had anticipated. Pretty much surprised myself on that. Okay so anyways...
