Created for: The Sims 3

Another Victorian in my authentic, California series. This lot is decorated in the rich, deep colors of fall that Victorians preferred. The first floor contains an entry hall, den, front parlor, sitting room, and dining room with a butler's pantry that leads to the Edwardian kitchen. Off of the kitchen, there are two smaller rooms for equipment and storage. The downstairs water closet can be reached via the covered, back porch. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, a nursery with a bay, another water closet, and a large bath. The washing machine is located in a walk-in closet off of the front bedroom. Clothes line is located in the small backyard garden. I really enjoyed creating this lot--hope you like it, too.
