Hey Redd! Something is really wrong with that. I suggest you call the EA support and ask them what to do. The number is on the back of the game book. I have called before and they are really nice. Don't bother to send an email because you just get a computer generated answer. Call the support line. It never hurts to try. Explain exactly what is going on. Try it. Hugs, Judy $\:wub\:$

Hi Redd! $\:D$ Sorry you are having such problems with your game. Have tried doing a complete reinstall? That is what I had to do. My game seems to be running great now. I did not get the last patch out, but probably will at some point. Thanks for the nice comment on Belvoir, but I hate that you can't download my houses. $\:\($ What seems to be the problem? Good morning, Redd. I had no problems with the launcher after I did the re-install. Pray it stays that way and there was no problem with the CC and EA store items downloading. So far everything has showed up and all are working fine. It seemed to fix my launcher. The only thing I don't like is that stupid Download manager opening when I open the launcher. I have to click it off. Why did EA do that? Just another way to try to sell us something. GRRRR! Well, have a great day. Chat later and hugs, Judy $\:wub\:$

Hi Redd, sorry for the delay in replying but I just got back from the Caribbean last night. I've been extremely busy sailing around the islands, drinking margaritas all day $\:\)$ and I'm sure you understand how important that was LOL! Needless to say, I'm not so happy to be back in rainy Vancouver. However, I did see a very inspiring old building in old San Juan, Puerto Rico that I thought might be cool for your SIM. I will transfer my photos from my macbook tomorrow and send you a shot of it to get your feedback. I had also been thinking about buying the new EP tomorrow and possibly using some of the new stuff in it, but it seems like not too many people are happy about the current patch problems, so I may hold off. Let me know if you've been thinking about getting the EP.

Redd - That's great news about your game! I still think it bites when a patch does more damage than it fixes. *Rolls eyes* Gotta love new games and all the bugs and whistles that come with it, eh? Blah! Anyhoo, I wanted to thank you for the sweet comment you recently left on the Concha Marina lot! I did have to download the latest patch, but not until AFTER this lot was done. $\;\)$ I needed the patch or I couldn't play with the new Create a World! Yes, I'm exploring creating new worlds for simmies to play in. LOL! Good morning, Redd! Wow! That is great news about your game. I'm so glad you got it all straightened out. My launcher acts contrary at times, but finally opens. I hold my breath each time. I will be glad when they come out with the new patch to fix the patch. I won't be so quick to patch next time, and I am sure you won't either. I had a great Christmas. Of course, it would have been better if I could have been with my children. It is not Christmas without your children around you. $\:\($ However, God gave me many blessings and I had a really nice Santa this year. Other than getting a couple of things too small, he did well in the gift department. LOL We are looking forward to a wonderful 2010 and I hope you have a good one, too, Redd.
