Just finished downloading a bunch of Sims :D

WOW. I didn't know I could download Sims until I saw the "SIMS" in the downloads sections :D WELL, Just downloaded a bunch of them and I hope they all work in the game. 

For those having problems downloading some of the beautiful Sims there, it has nothing to do with you not having the required Expansion Pack/s. (I only have the base game myself) All you need to do is download Sims2Pack Clean Installer at sims2pack.modthesims2.com. There's an instruction sections there if you need help. After that, the program itself will take care of the custom contents you download. IT IS VERY USEFUL. 

Well, that's something I learned for this day. Also, I've been in TSR for 3 weeks now. YAY! :D and I'm beginning to be quite comfortable staying. Although it says I joined on Oct. 1, 2011 that was when I was still beginning and learning about custom contents and somehow got carried away and downloaded soooooooo many that my game would crash so I gave up TS2 and uninstalled it but then just installed it again last month since it's already summer here in the Philippines. Anyway, for the past 3 weeks, I've learned so many things about THE SIMS and also TSR and I'm glad about that :)

So glad that I may be staring to create some hair or clothes. I'm still not sure though. I'm not an expert unlike the other great artists out there. But I do hope I'll do a great job.

Modern lodge Neighborhood

Hi Guys :) this is my modern lodge neighborhood so far, the white lodge is up for download from the 8 th of april and the Cappuccino colored lodge  will be up next week. the blue one is already up for download. I hope you like them. Its a really scandinavian type of houses,  very light in colors, lots of windows to let the light in, and low amount of clutter.

Wow, I'm feeling excited and a bit lost as I start exploring the new layouts. As always I'm a bit over my head with Sims3 projects, and since so much of it is made possibly through the incredible creations coming from this community I think I had best get around to sharing more of it! So, I'll be back again soon with more.

Hair Meshing! :)

It's easier than I thought it was going to be, yet it is still VERY time consuming. I've only been officially meshing for 2 days. I mean, I just learned how to make planes on Milkshape this afternoon. I went straight into making some Sims 3 hair mesh practices that all in all turned out quite well. I wouldn't say I'm as good as NewSea or Cazy or Ulker or any of the other famous hair meshers, though. I still need to make a signiature hair texture as well...

Who knows. At the rate I'm learning, maybe we'll have a few new free hair meshes here on TSR by the weekend! :D

I think I'll make a "Complete Idiot's guide to Sims 3 hair meshing: for those who've never meshed a thing in their lives".

To anyone reading who would actually like a tutorial video like that, lemme know, because I'll do it.

New Elec Gate

At last im posting my electric gate for my security fence. had to redesign after first mesh hit more than 10k polygons :(. That and the bone joints that crashed milkshape everytime i tried to veiw them hopfully my work round works fine but if you find problems please let me know 

My first project was put in featured!? :D And other news...

I'm actually quite surprised. :) I didn't think it would be put in featured. That's just awesome! I've only been making custom content for 2 days. Maybe there is hope for me. XD

But anyways, I'm currently working on some make-up and a few new meshes that I'll hopefully be able to upload some new clothes within the weekend.

I'm a little confused why my stuff is showing up with a "2" at the end of my username... It bugs me a little. Oh well. :/

Some Slot Issues

It has come to my attention that the TSR fix for some of the Pets issues has not worked for some of my older creations. This is an easy fix for you as the downloader. All you need to do is run the item through rigfix and it will correct the issue.

The only thing this is not working for is beds and baths. I cannot open the older files in WS to fix those so I am afraid they will not be fixed if they have not been fixed yet. I have tried to fix everything I am aware of for this issue.

So please, if you have an issue with a counter or anything like that run it through rigfix and this will solve the issue.
