Career as sim architect

OK people, I've decided to submit in the site my little houses. I know I'm not a good builder yet, however I hope that with practice and with your help I'll become a good "artist".

Now I'm working on a specific project that I've called "Mini-Villa". My special target is to create a "collection" of  complete houses in little lots. The maximum size of these houses is 30x30.

An other target of mine is to use only the official items and sets because I like when a creation is "ready to use". I'm not against the fantastic items and sets you may find in this really beautyful site, however I think a lot has to be simple and customazible.

Well, if you like my creations, pleas live a comment and, if you have any suggestion, I'm really ready to learn all you can teach to me.

 

Uh, and sorry about my english, but I'm italian. If you see some mistakes in my descriptions or somewhere else write it to me and I'll correct.

I just began making Sims 3 CC today! I'm still a noob (obviously) but I currently have these softwares for custom content: TSR Workshop, Milkshape, and 3ds Max, Photoshop.

So, I'm practicing as much as I can. Hopefully I can get to be as good as some of the other CCC's here...

Anyway, that's all I have to say right now...
